The "Confuse-a-long" :Paramore- Pressure

Like I said in my last post, I am going to call this week the "Confuse-a-long".  I am going to post songs that I can never figure out the lyrics to.  They come along every now and again, and I refuse to look up the song's lyrics.  I enjoy my ignorant bliss.  I prefer to  just shout out the wrong words for the rest of my life.  I am going to share some of these songs that I frequently butcher with you.  So with that being said, I am going to post Pressure by Paramore.  I first heard this song while playing one of my favorite games from back in the day- The Sims 2.  It was a song that came on the radio when a sim was listening to music. I used to love when it came on, it was catchy.   It was in Simlish, the made up language that the characters speak in the game. Back then, I just thought it was a song made for the video game.  Later on I found out that it was a song that was out on the radio.  It was originally released in 2005 as Paramore's first single off their debut album- All We Know Is Falling. I call it confusing because I originally heard it on the game.  At one point, I thought they were saying actual words. I love the lead singer's, Hayley Williams, voice.  Here is a video of a sim jammin' out to it and a live performance of the song by the group.  I have also posted the lyrics for those of you who like to know the "exact" words.

Tell me where our time went
And if it was time well spent
Just don't let me fall asleep
Feeling empty again
'Cause I fear I might break
And I fear I can't take it
Tonight I'll lie awake feeling empty
I can feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
We're better off without you
I can feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
We're better off without you
Now that I'm losing hope
And there's nothing else to show
For all of the days that we spent
Carried away from home
Some things I'll never know
And I had to let them go
I'm sitting all alone feeling empty
I can feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
 We're better off without you
I can feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
We're better off without you Without you
Some things I'll never know
And I had to let them go
 Some things I'll never know
And I had to let them go
I'm sitting all alone feeling empty
I can feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
We're better off without you Feel the pressure, it's getting closer now
You're better off without me
